We are constantly on guard against the dilution of training standards.  When we plan your training event, consideration will be given to your needs, including those of time and the need for suitably trained staff.  At the same time, we do not and will not dilute our training or assessment standards in order to gain business.  Some courses have a specific training requirement, i.e. contact hours, and some have specific assessment requirements.  These are usually dictated by the awarding body and you will be made aware of these when you contact us.

Our training standards contribute to your Health and Safety...

The purpose of these standards is to ensure that your candidates receive the training that is necessary and that the training and assessment are to an approved and agreed national standard, where this is applicable. 

This does not mean that we are inflexible in our approach to your training.  Wherever possible we will deliver the training in a manner that minimises the disruption to your work
