When you contact us to discuss your training needs, you will be provided with a named contact.  This member of our staff will liaise with your organisation, visiting your place of work where necessary, to define your training requirements.  This individual will continue to be your contact unless your specific needs change and we need to provide an additional contact for specific occupational knowledge.
